The Lion's Den
Leander Football Night of Champions
The Freshmen team will get things rolling at 4:15pm followed by the Varsity game beginning at 5:15pm. Our Cheerleaders, Band and Blue-Belles will be performing and even the Spirit Trailer will be open for those who wish to get a jump on Lion items and apparel. The Concession Stand will be opened as well. Following the action (approximately 6:30pm), we invite all Lion fans to purchase a meal and join us under the bleachers for a post-game cookout / celebration. Free food and drinks to all Lion athletes (sponsored by the Booster Club). The 2012 Football team captains will be announced at the end of the celebration. Lion Youth Football League
Leander Youth Football Association (LYFA) participants are boys and girls (ages 5-15) that are currently zoned to attend Leander High School and will become future Leander Lions. Area athletes can now register for football, cheerleading, dance team or step teams for the Fall 2012 season. The Spectacular Leander Blue Belles 2012 Lions Cup Golf Tournament a Success
The proceeds from the golf tournament and silent auction will go into the Booster account and will be used for the benefit of the team and to fund athletic scholarships.

The Leander Lion's Annual Spring Football game is this Thursday, May 24th at Bible Stadium.
Gates open at 4pm and admission is free, so bring all your family and friends to cheer on the Lions.
The 1st Annual Lions Cup Golf Tournament couldn't have been held on a more beautiful day
at the Crystal Falls golf course in Leander. Whether the teams of 4 were there to compete for
the top 3 prizes or just enjoy each others company, a good time was had by all. Participants
included members of the current Lion's coaching staff as well as Coach Gideon and his son
Blake. A wonderful lunch was provided by Bush's Chicken.
